Scott Hennen talks with Christopher Horner about the latest attempt at creating Cap and Trade. Horner is Legal Counsel for the Cooler Heads Collation and Senior Fellow at The Competitive Enterprise institute. He says that behind the flowery language the EPA is hungry for even more regulations.
Hennen and Horner also talk to Daryl Hill of Basin Electric Power Cooperative about the recent call for stricter regulation on coal ash disposal. Hill says the claims that coal ash has contaminated groundwater are false.
